Job Description:
The Sr. Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, customizing
and executing local and regional sales initiatives to the commercial
market. Responsibilities include direct customer contact, educational
selling to Esco’s and specifying Engineers and trade show planning,
execution and management. The position will work closely with other
regional sales personnel to develop account specific, market specific,
and channel specific sales and marketing programs.
Critical performance metrics are sales growth and customer acquisition.
Required Skills:
The candidate must have a proven track record of at least 10 years
of technical selling experience in the HVACR industry. Knowledge
of the HVAC industry is critical. Must be able to prioritize customer
contacts and “close” the sale.
The preferred candidate must be able to travel to participate in
local sales and marketing events.
MBA is preferred
Compensation:
Base Salary is negotiable based on experience plus attractive
commission structure makes six figure income a reality for the successful
