Job Description:
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for technical support to customers, contractors and sales representatives at the local and regional level. Responsibilities include on site problem analysis and resolution both in the field and via electronic communications. The position will work closely with the product development department, Manufactures Reps, Sales Engineers and Customer Service personnel to develop, install, test and document product performance.
Responsibilities also include some local and regional overnight travel.
Required Skills:
The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of technical experience in the HVAC industry and be familiar with system controls and the operation of various types of heating and cooling systems.
