Intellidyne to enter
China marketplace through HuaYang Technology and Trade Group Corp.

Glen Cove, NY – Intellidyne, LLC, has entered into an agreement with China HuaYang
Technology and Trade Group Corp. in which the Asian firm will become
its exclusive importer and distributor of IntelliCon energy-saving
controls. The firm will serve the massive market of the People’s
Republic of China. This move brings the advantages of energy-saving
and pollution-reduction technologies to this burgeoning marketplace
through the import of microprocessor-controlled heating, ventilation,
air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Liu Jiuguang, president of China HuaYang, says, “We are faced
